This notice issues the Request for Quote, # W50S7T-25-B-A002, Repair Pavements - Taxiways, Project # JLQN060316. Please refer to the attached , Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW), and Attachments 2-9. date, time, and is identified in the subject . Please read the and other documents thoroughly and abide by the requirements. Question Deadline 06/09/2025 All questions for the pre-bid conference must be submitted via email to SMSgt Ben Yeutson at benjamin.yeutson@us.af.mil or MSgt Natalie Gotee at natalie.gootee.4@us.af.mil. Project Title: Repair Pavements - Taxiways Project Location: 182nd Airlift Wing Project Title: Repair Pavements - Taxiways Project Location: 182nd Airlift Wing, 2416 S. Falcon Blvd, Peoria, Il Replace and relocate 4ea fire hydrants surrounding the existing parking apron. b. Install 25' Asphalt Cement Concrete (ACC) paved shoulders to Taxiway A5, east, north and remaining portions of the west side of existing apron c. Repair and re-seal existing ACC paved shoulders on Taxiway M and shoulder between north loop road and apron. The ACC pavements have medium severity cracks and block cracking that will require crack sealing. There is also medium-severity weathering that should be repaired with an asphalt surface treatment (sealcoat). There are deteriorated patches and alligator cracking of medium severity that will require repair with full depth patches. High severity longitudinal and transverse cracks shall also be repaired with full depth patches. d. Repair existing Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) apron and taxiways. The PCC pavements contain medium severity patches, as well as high and medium severity spalls that will require partial depth patches and medium severity durability cracking that should be repaired with full depth patches. There are also medium-severity corner breaks, linear cracks and shattered slabs that can be repaired by crack sealing. Additionally, there are numerous low severity spalls that can be repaired using localized joint sealant. Lastly, on the PCC pavement are medium and high severity joint seal damage which will require complete joint seal replacement. This Project is Being Solicited as a 100 Small Business . The Small Business Size Standard is 45,000,000.00 in Average Annual Receipts for the Past Three Years. Magnitude of ion: Between 1,000,000.00-5,000,000.00 Persons Intending on Bidding This Project Should Attend the Pre-bid Conference/. See Section 00100 for Specific Registration Information and Details. and All Information, Notices, and Amendments for This Will Be Posted at Https://sam.gov. The Period of for This Effort is 365 Days From the Acknowledged Notice to Proceed. Funds Are Not Presently Available for This Acquisition. The Government Anticipates Funds Will Become Available Prior to Award as This Action Has Been Identified on the National Guard Priority List. No Contract Will Be Made Until Appropriated Funds Are Made Available. Award Will Be Made to the Responsible Bidder Whose Bid Conforms to the Invitation for Bids and is Most Advantageous to the Government Considering Only Price And Price Related Factors. The contractor shall begin within 30 calendar days and complete it within 365 calendar days *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
