**As of August 1, 2025, project was awarded to The Pipco Companies LTD, in the of Amount of $557,400.00 with an Additional Authorization of $55,740.00 (10%) for Contingencies, for a Total Contract Award of $613,140.00..** Proposed improvement is officially known as 2025 Storm Sewer Repairs. The proposed improvement consists of removing 1,140 feet of storm sewer ranging in size from 10" diameter to 48" diameter and installing 289 feet of 12" diameter pipe culverts, 51 feet of 18" diameter pipe culverts, 164 feet of 12" diameter storm sewer, 227 feet of 15" diameter storm sewer, 30 feet of 24" diameter storm sewer, and 381 feet of 48" diameter storm sewer. Restoring site disturbance, pavement patching, protecting existing utilities, managing traffic, and all associated items are required to accomplish the work. All proposals must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond for the full amount of the contract, with sureties, to be approved by the City Storm water Engineer. The City of Peoria reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals. 10% MBE and 5% WBE.
