The project is expected to be awarded on August 14, 2025.** bidding documents that must be mailed, an additional postage fee will be assessed and billed. Each bidder shall be qualified in accordance with the requirements of Section 102, Bidding Requirements and Conditions of the Standard Specifications of the Illinois Department of Transportation, effective January 1, 2022. Proposal guarantees will be required. The Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities. The County, in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that the contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin. A nonrefundable charge of $15.00 will be made for the bidding documents for each project. Payment shall be made by check, bank draft, or money order, made payable to the Peoria County Highway Department.
