**As of June 20, 2025 , the project was awarded to American Pavement Systems Inc , with an awarded amount of $1,126,000.000.** The primary scope of work, BASE BID is to improve surface failures with seal coatings on various citywide streets to improve the street's life span within the City of Coalinga. A total of 51 streets, approximately 6 miles and 1.3 million square feet is recommended for improvements of cape sealing with slurry sealing. The scope of work also includes replacement of striping and markings. Crack sealing has been completed by City Engineers and is not part of this scope. Engineers estimate is $857,105.00.
