Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Calumet, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,180-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Site Directions: Calumet City Hall Minnesota Project consists of seven (7) line-item bid packages, to be bid concurrently by Single-Prime (All Trades) bidders. Only bids submitted for all items will be considered. This project is partially funded by the State of Minnesota which shall enforce Prevailing Wages. 1. Bid Package #1 Walkway and Front Steps: Treated wood frame and composite decking walkway with concrete piers, cable railing, lighting, partially demolish steps, extend and repour steps, pipe guard and handrails. 2. Bid Package #2- Canopy- Wood/timber framed roof over existing rear walk, concrete piers and walk extension, metal roof and soffit, lighting. 3. Bid Package #3-Lift- Provide shoring, remove walls and floors, build walls, frame floors for shaft, install /vertical Platform Lift, all repair and finishing, all electrical work. 4. Bid Package #4 Brick Repair and Tuck-pointing. 5. Bid Package #5- Mechanical and Electrical Upgrades as noted on Mechanical and Electrical Sheets. All patching associated with Mechanical and Electrical work. 6. Bid Package #6-Expand Meeting Room and Sink- shore and remove wall sections, install lintels, finish openings, cabinets and tops, sink including plumbing. 7. Bid Package #7- Alley Drainage Improvements- Remove asphalt at building and alley, grade for drainage per plans, install asphalt paving. Est. Completion Date: Nov. 1, 2025
