Description: Stevens County HRA at Grandview Apartments in Morris Minnesota is requesting bids for the supply and installation of (LVT) luxury vinyl tile flooring and carpet tiles in our apartment building located at 100 South Columbia Avenue in Morris, MN 56267. In all we anticipate roughly 32 apartments receiving new LVT flooring and the NE main floor hallway with carpet tiles. After we have some vacancies, we would contact the abatement contractor to abate the apartments. I would anticipate at least doing two apartments at a time with the possibility of doing more until the project is completed within two years. A plan specifying how you plan on doing the LVT flooring installation work should accompany your bid. The Contractor should anticipate working with the owner on coordinating the installation activities of each apartment. The carpet tile installation in the main floor hallway would need to take place on a Friday or Saturday. Stevens County HRA is seeking to contract with a flooring supplier and installation contractor (All in one) to install all of the LVT flooring and cove base in each apartment and the carpet tiles in the main floor hallway with new cove base. All square footage is approximate.
