Bradbury Stamm Construction is the Construction Manager for the Morris Schools Referendum Projects. The Morris referendum projects include a 22,000 SF addition to their elementary school, renovation work to an existing entrance, and a new tennis restroom building with tennis court improvement work. Please refer to specification 00 1200 and 01 1210 for list of work scope categories for Sealed Bids and Request for Quotes. Please note there are two sets of construction drawings (list below). Please follow the work scope notes for which job the work scope is associated to. - Morris Elementary School Addition / Renovation - 151 South Columbia Avenue, Morris, MN - Morris Tennis Restroom Building - 105 Green River Road, Morris, MN As of March 28, 2025, construction is anticipated to start for both locations, July 2025, pending plan review and permitting.
