Firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide services for a Water and Sanitary Systems Asset Valuation Study for the Northwestern Water and Sewer District and the City of Perrysburg should submit a Statement of Qualifications, which should include information regarding the firms competence to perform professional design services indicated by the technical training, education, and experience of the firms personnel. Statements should also include information relating to workload and the availability of qualified personnel, equipment and facilities and past performance of the firm as reflected by the evaluations of previous clients. Statements shall address the firms familiarity with the District and the City of Perrysburg and shall include previous experience with other public agencies in Wood County, Ohio. Statements of qualifications should be sent via email to Thomas Stalter, P.E. (tstalter@nwwsd.org) and Matthew Choma, P.E. (mchoma@perrysburgoh.gov.) The District and City shall determine the most responsive firm based solely on the information contained in each statement received.
