Renovation of a municipal facility in Perrysburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Perrysburg hereby invites qualified firms to provide all labor & materials to remove and replace approx. 10,800 SF of flat roofing system This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. In order to be considered responsive, the contractor and all subcontractors will need to comply with City Ordinance 08-2023 which was passed in April of 2023. A copy of the Ordinance 08-2023 is included in the attachment list. QA Deadline 05/26/2025 09:00 AM CDT All questions must be asked on the Bid Express website so that the question and answers are visible to all potential bidders.
