Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
As of June 04, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on June 12th Board meeting. The scope of work includes selective demolition, sitework, concrete paving, electrical work, and general construction services for building a pump house for the irrigation pump station at Commissioners Park for a complete project as shown in the Drawings and Specifications. All questions concerning this project or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Mike Piszynski in writing to mpiszynski@napervilleparks.org. Questions will be received in writing only through May 19, 2025. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded in June 2025. The Park District reserves the right to reject any non-responsive or non-responsible Bids or to reject all bids and waive any informality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the Park District
