Reference Number 0000292956 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/22 02:00:00 PM EDT The University is conducting a Request for Quotation for Centre for Urban Innovation (CUI) Roof-top Mechanical Unit Steel Platform Modification Work Commencement of Construction: July 3rd, 2025 Substantial Performance of the Work: August 31st, 2025 Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Hoisting all the materials to the roof (space is very tight). Hoisting must follow TMU Hoisting rules and regulations (see TMU Contractor Manual attached in Appendix F) Installation of new Hoist Beams to remove and put in-place the existing Fans Installation of Steel Platform Extension Installation of External HSS Bracing & Removal of Interior Bracing Removal of existing and installation of new ladder at cooling tower Modifications to steel cladding on west side to accommodate for removal & reinstallation of fan. Roof Patching at new steel posts Block Wall Patching at new steel penetrations The University may, in its sole discretion, (a) reject any or all of the Proposals.
