Reference Number 0000292994 Question Acceptance Deadline 06/04/2025 at 4:30 PM ET1 Any questions regarding this Request for Proposal must be addressed in writing via email to the attention of the Proposal Administrator specified on the cover page at RFxQuestions@Humber.ca. Any questions must be received at least four (4) working days prior to closing date specified in Section 2.1: Anticipated Timelines. This request for proposal (RFP) is being issued by Humber to obtain proposals from qualified and experienced proponents for construction services to renovate two (2) classrooms into biomedical laboratories. Proposed Contract Start Date: Monday, June 23, 2025 Proposed Substantial Completion Date: Friday, November 28, 2025 Proposed Contract End Date: Wednesday, December 31, 2025 The successful Proponent upon receipt of written notice from Humber awarding the Contract shall provide a Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the total award, to guarantee the performance of all obligations of the Contract Humber reserves the right to accept or reject Proposals in whole or in part, to adjust the scope of work or to modify any term or condition which has been provided to the Proponents. Humber does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any Proposal. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
