To conduct Fire investigations in accordance with NFPA 921 2024, Guide for Fire and Explosion Investigations and NFPA 1033 Standard for Professional Qualifications for Fire Investigator 2022, at Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) and Toronto Seniors Community Housing (TSHC) properties across the Greater Toronto Area. TCHC is seeking two (2) Vendors for the provision of Fire Life Safety Investigations at Various TCHC and TSHC Locations. TCHC's portfolio has been divided into two (2) groups as follows: o Group 1 (East of Yonge) o Group 2 (West of Yonge) It is TCHC's intent to award a maximum of one (1) group to the two (2) highest scoring Proponents Each of the two (2) highest scoring Proponents will be awarded primary vendor to a group and back up vendor to the other group.
