Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fairbanks, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation is seeking bids to repair/replace existing concrete sidewalk, lawn, asphalt and concrete curb at Birch Park 1, 505 Stewart St. Fairbanks, AK. Contract starts upon issuance of Notice to Proceed and project must be completed on or before September 30, 2025. Question Deadline 05/21/2025 at 4:00 PM AKT EMAIL: submittals@ahfc.us. A bid bond (attached form) will be required in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price. Sample Performance and Payment Bond forms attached. The Corporation expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes, waive minor informalities, negotiate changes and to not award the proposed contract, if in its best interest. "Minor Informalities" means matters of form rather than substance which are evident from the submittal, or are insignificant matters that have a negligible effect on price, quantity, quality, delivery, or contractual conditions and can be waived or corrected without prejudice to other Offerors. Estimated Amount of Proposed Contract: $100,000 to $200,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
