Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Otis, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Remove and replace six (6) 18"x 40'- 60' culvert with headwalls, one (1) 24'x80' culvert with headwalls, and one (1) 36'x40' culvert with headwalls. Blacktop is to be saw cut or milled to remove existing culverts, backfilled and compacted during installation with existing material if functional or 3/4" dense grade crushed stone. The culverts, headwalls, blacktop/culvert disposal, environmental permitting, as well as traffic detail will be provided by the Town. Replace 8 culverts on North Blandford Road. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
