Heymann Park Improvements Scope of Services: The construction of an amphitheater and performance stage in Heymann Park. The elevated stage will be supported with a performance prep room, dressing and restrooms, A tiered seating area and vending pavilion will be within the gated facility that will also include a restroom building. All work is to be completed within two hundred ninety (290) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Only a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check shall be submitted as the bid security. Electronic copies of both the front and back of the check or bid bond shall be included with the electronic bid, at no cost.
