Reference number: 20068698 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-05-23 The work is for the replacement of electrical transformers. Work and installations shall comply with the Quebec Construction Code, Chapter V - Electricity 2018. Supply and install devices and products approved by organizations recognized by this code. A preliminary schedule for transformer replacement work will be established jointly by the Museum and the contractor based on delivery deadlines and the schedule of exhibitions, private activities or other events. The preliminary schedule may be modified according to last-minute changes in the Museum's programming, which will take precedence over the work. The Museum and the contractor will agree on a specific completion date approximately two weeks in advance for each transformer. The contractor will then have to provide a precise schedule for the work, to ensure proper coordination with the Museum's teams. The times at which the electricity will be switched off and back on will then be fixed. Power cuts must be as short as possible, and never interfere with the Museum's business hours as defined herein. Once the work has begun, it must continue without interruption or concern for overtime until the power is restored. Provide sufficient manpower and materials to deal with unforeseen circumstances. Since the work is to be spread out over time, the Museum will do its utmost to help the contractor deliver the entire project as quickly as possible.
