Site work and paving for a civil project in Adna, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
As of July 22, 2025, the project was awarded to Midway Underground LLC, with an awarded amount of $2,108,853.75. This contract provides for the improvement of ***Van Ornum Creek at Bunker Creek Rd (MP 2.681) by installing a stream bypass, removing the existing culvert, structure excavation, Geosynthetic Reinforced Soil construction, precast voided slab bridge construction, streambed restoration, road restoration, guardrail, hydroseeding***and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specification, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Lewis County Public Works Department.
