The Contractor is responsible for monitoring climatic conditions to ensure that the requirements of this specification are met. The CISSS asks the contractor to be particularly vigilant with regard to the monitoring of the premises: ensure that abrasive is applied to surfaces in sufficient quantities to avoid falls, at all times. The CISSS does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and this is without obligation to bidders.
