The contractor is responsible for monitoring weather conditions to ensure compliance with the requirements of these specifications. The CISSS asks the contractor to be particularly vigilant in monitoring the site: ensure that sufficient abrasive is spread on the surfaces to prevent falls at all times. The CISSS does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, and is under no obligation to the bidders
