All Electrical Work PLEASE NOTE: All Electrical work for this package will be carried under separate contract and should not be included in this proposal The General Contractor shall provide the services of a pre-qualified Process Control Systems Integrator (PCSI), as a first-tier subcontractor, who shall perform all work necessary to select, furnish, configure, customize, program/configure, troubleshoot, install, connect, calibrate, and place into operation all specified equipment and instrumentation hardware/software specified within ITEM 909, except for those services and materials specifically noted. This Item covers the testing requirements for all devices and systems furnished and installed by the Process Control System Integrator (PCSI), and the Application Services Provider (ASP) as detailed in the Contract Drawings and as described in the related Items of Item 909. Provide all equipment, materials, incidentals and labor, necessary to perform and coordinate the overall system training for the Process Control System. The Process Control Systems Integrator (PCSI) shall provide the Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) programming, testing of PLC logic, startup/training activities associated with programmed portion of the PLCs, the Human Machine Interface (HMI) graphics development, HMI software configuration, database development, report development, and startup/training activities associated with the configured portions of the HMI system. These services will be described as the Application Service Provider (ASP) work. The Process Control System Integrator (PCSI) shall furnish, install, and test all field-mounted instrument and appurtenances, major systems, panels, and subassemblies as detailed on the Drawings and in the P&ID Drawings. Furnish and install fully functional control panelsto manually and automatically operate control systems as specified in the detailed requirements of the instrumentation Items of Item 909. ThisItem of the specifications describesthe requirementsfor miscellaneous equipment to be furnished by the Process Control System Integrator (PCSI) under other Items of the specifications as listed in the related work paragraph of this Item . This Item describes the process control descriptions for the RCH Water Supply Corporation Meter Vault and the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD).
