Range: $1,700,000 - $1,900,000 Playground Improvements at Arsenal, Bellamy, Christian, De Quincy, and Virginia Lee O'Brien Parks *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Remove and dispose of all existing playground equipment, mulch, playground rule signs, benches, trash cans, timber bordering and timber retaining walls around the playground equipment unless noted otherwise in contract documents. Remove existing trees Saw cut and remove existing sidewalks, concrete pavement and curbs. Install new owner-provided playground equipment, curb bordering, new PIP play surfaces, new trash cans, benches, and other site furnishings. If alternates are accepted provide all the work described above and all work indicated in the plans. This Work will be funded by theCity of Indianapolis. The participation goal for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) for this contract is fifteen percent (15%). The participation goal for Women Business Enterprise (WBE) for this contract is eight percent (8%). The participation goal for Veteran Business,Enterprise (VBE) is three percent (3%).
