Renovation of a stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Notice is hereby given that the CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BOARD OF MANAGERS OF MARION COUNTY (hereinafter also referred to as "Owner"), will receive sealed bids to provide reupholstering of certain existing Lucas Oil Stadium Suite Furniture and to supply, sale, deliver, and install certain new Club Furniture for Lucas Oil Stadium located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Bids shall be prepared and submitted using the bid forms included in the Bid Package. Each Bidder shall submit two complete paper copies of its Bid and an electronic copy of its Bid (on a USB flash drive or other memory devise that is P.C, compatible). Bids shall remain valid for at least sixty (60) days following Bid Opening ("Bid Period"). If the Owner awards a contract during the Bid Period, the selected Bidder shall, within three (3) business days of being notified of the award, execute and return the Supply Contract to the Owner, along with all other documents or information as identified in and required by the Bidding Documents (i.e. Certificate(s) of Insurance). If a contract is awarded, it will be awarded to the "lowest responsible and responsive bidder" in accordance with Indiana's statutes for Public Purchasing, Ind. Code 5-22-7. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities in this procurement process.
