Site work and renovation of a civil project in Nashua, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes an approximately 4,000 square foot chemical building, including bulk chemical tanks, transfer pumps, mechanical and electrical rooms and other related work. Upgrades within the existing WTP include replacement of chemical day tanks, metering and transfer pumps, improvements to the existing HVAC, plumbing and fire protection as well as upgrades to the instrumentation within the chemical areas. Construction of a standalone Auxiliary Chemical Building (Group H-4) for the existing 32 MGD Nashua Water Treatment Plant (WTP) (Group F-1). The Auxiliary Chemical Building will house bulk chemical storage and transfer pumps for ferric chloride and sodium hypochlorite. The Work of the Project also includes HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and instrumentation upgrades to the existing chemical storage and feed areas within the Nashua WTP, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
