Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Nashua, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of June 23, 2025, the project was awarded to Cobb Hill Construction but the awarded amount is not available. The City of Nashua is seeking Bids from qualified firms for repairs to the Greeley Park Bandshell. The bandshell at Greeley Park is used to host the concert series during summer fun, movie nights in the park and various other community gatherings and events throughout the year. The structure built in the late 1980's has developed several issues that need addressing. Repairs included in this project are detailed in the attached Scope of Work. The chosen contractor must provide all labor and materials to achieve the scope of work Work can begin November 3, 2025. This project must be completed no later than April 24, 2026. Liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day will be assessed for delays beyond April 24, 2026. The City of Nashua, through the Mayor, who is awarding authority, reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts of bids; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this request if in the City's best interest Bids will be opened publicly on the due date and time The City of Nashua Parks and Recreation Department maintains the bandshell at Greeley Park. The bandshell at Greeley Park is used to host the concert series during summer fun, movie nights in the park and various other community gatherings and events through out the year. The structure built in the late 1980s has developed several issues that need addressing. The metal frame of the structure has become extremely faded and rusty. The side panels are made of plywood and have rotted over time and need to be replaced with more modern materials. The list below entails the complete job scope below. Bids for this project should include costs for the following: 1. Replace existing metal roof with new metal roof. 2. Remove existing panels and dispose. 3. Fabricate new panels using 3/4 Azek panels. 4. Exterior steel and decking to receive scraping with wire brush or sandblasting to remove rust and spot primed with Sherwin Williams Macrproxy pre-primer, full primer of Sherwin Williams Pro-Cryl primer and 2 coats of Sherwin Will She-Cryl HPA finish. 5. New wood panels for the ceiling to receive two coats of Sherwin Williams Sher-Cryl HPA 6. Concrete Columns (2) to receive two coats of Sherwin Williams Sher-Cryl HPA 7. Power washing prior to any painting or sealing. 8. Replace current Sound system cabinet with a new weather proof cabinet. 9. Replace current cabinet electrical cabinet with new weather proof cabinet and roof over cabinet housing electrical panels.
