7037 Bright Ave Demolition Project Question Deadline 05/15/2025 at 4:00 PM PT Questions or Requested Clarifications Shall Be Made in Writing via Email to Pubwks@cityofwhittier.org The demolition of 7037 Bright Avenue will consist of but not limited to: properly removing and disposing of all Lead and Asbestos materials per AQMD, State and Federal codes; demolishing the existing structure, including basement, foundations, concrete walks, paving and landscape; dispose of all materials, caping all utilities; bring site to grade; asphalt repair if needed; and fencing in accordance with the project plans as specified hereinafter, project specifications as specified hereinafter for the City of Whittier, Los Angeles County, State of California, and in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (The Greenbook), 2021 Edition. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, appliances, and equipment to complete the project and be responsible for obtaining a no fee Building permit and encroachment permit(s) for the project from the City of Whittier Building Department and the Public Works Department
