Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Washington, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 676-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of May, 2025, the project is nearing completion with exterior building improvements under way. Outstanding work required on the project is exterior groundscape, exterior building siding, paint, trim gutters and downspouts. New accessory building for educational support by use of Romeo High School on a currently developed site. An existing concrete slab is located at the Eastern most part of the existing North-rear parking lot of the site. The new building shall be constructed on the existing concrete slab with a new foundation along its perimeter. Site improvements include a new concrete apron along the North and West which shall meet the existing asphalt paving areas. A brick paver apron shall be provided along the East and joined with a fire pit. All building and site improvements are per the architectural plans and under further direction of Romeo High School.
