Reference Number 0000386716 The Charter Township of Washington is seeking sealed quotes for construction of a 10 ft x 22 ft dumpster enclosure. Specification requirements are listed within this document. It is the Township's requirement to work with one contractor for all services. (See Attachment K- Wall Layout, L - Material List, and M- Pictures of Existing) Question Deadline 05/15/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required The Charter Township of Washington reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, or waive irregularities in any bid in the best interest of the Township. Township reserves the right to perform a site visit at the bidder's place of business GENERAL BID BOND/SURETY REQUIREMENTS (IF REQUIRED) Failure to furnish bid bond/surety, if requested, will result in bid being declared non-responsive. Non-responsive bids will not be considered for award.
