Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Washington, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000384775 Job Location: 6491 29 Mile Road, Washington, MI 48095 The Project consists of paving a standard MCDR concrete driveway approach and 946 square yards on the existing gravel parking lot Gilcher-Crissman Park with associated stormwater management improvements and sanitary structure adjustments. The contractor is responsible for jobsite cleanup and for hauling any debris created as a result of the project to an approved disposal facility (assuming Type II Landfill) per the environmental documents dated April 20, 2002, September 23, 2003, February 14, 2025 (attached). This site has been officially recognized as a "facility" in the attached environmental documents so no excavated material outside the cross section of the existing driveway approach and gravel parking lot can be used offsite and there must be a one-foot clean topsoil cap above any contaminated fill.
