Renovation of an educational facility in Washington, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
The project is a roof replacement for the Romeo Community Schools. Sealed bids are required and must be submitted to the Administration Building. Bids should be clearly marked as '2026 Roofing Bids.' No late bids will be accepted. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the 9th Grade Academy, required for all bidders to review project specifications, bid documents, qualifying requirements, and to tour the roof areas. Bidders not present at this meeting will be considered non-responsive and their bids will not be opened or considered. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept and/or reject any or all bids.
