The Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency ("Agency") invites and will receive sealed bids ("Bid(s)") from licensed contractors ("Contractor(s)" or "Bidder(s)") for the furnishing to Agency of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for the construction of ("Work"): Rockefeller Kitchen Refresh ("Project" or "Contract") The Project consists of construction, renovation, and tenant improvement services. SCV Water is planning to improve the design and look of the kitchen at our Rockefeller office location. The consultant shall refer to the RFP for drawings, specifications, and scope of work. Bids received after the deadline shall not be considered. Bids received after said time shall be returned unopened. Any claim by a Bidder of error in its Bid must be made in compliance with Public Contract Code section 5100, et seq. Other Details All Contractors must Pre-Qualify to bid.
