The Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency ("Agency") invites and will receive sealed bids ("Bid(s)") from licensed contractors ("Contractor(s)" or "Bidder(s)") for the furnishing to Agency of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for the construction of ("Work"): Rockefeller Warehouse Bathroom Refresh ("Project" or "Contract") The Project consists of construction, renovation, and tenant improvement services. SCV Water is planning to improve the design and look of the bathrooms in the warehouse at our Rockefeller office location. The consultant shall refer to the RFP for drawings, specifications, and scope of work. Contractors must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 6, 2025, submit a Pre-Qualification Application by June 12, 2025, and submit Bids on or before 12:00pm, June 26, 2025. Consult the RFP documents for full details. All Bids must be submitted electronically via the Agency's online portal, ("Online Vendor Portal"). Each Contractor must ensure it receives an electronic receipt from the Online Vendor Portal. Bids received after the deadline shall not be considered. Bids received after said time shall be returned unopened. Any claim by a Bidder of error in its Bid must be made in compliance with Public Contract Code section 5100, et seq.
