Site work for a water / sewer project in Santa Clarita, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of rehabilitating approximately 11,901 feet of existing corroded 12-inch through 30-inch diameter non-reinforced concrete pipe (NRCP), reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), and vitrified clay pipe (VCP) on the Bouquet Canyon Trunk, San Fernando Road Trunk, District #32 Main Trunk, and Valencia Trunk Sewers with cured-in-place pipe liner and 39 manholes with a protective coating system and all appurtenant work. At the time of bid, the Contractor shall possess a valid California Contractors License in one of the following classifications: GENERAL ENGINEERING A, C-34, or C-42 The work of construction must be completed within 220 WORKING DAYS after the date in the Notice to Proceed. The Board of Directors may reject all bids. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be made to the low, responsive, responsible bidder. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. QA date - 26 August 2025 The last day for submitting questions to the District concerning the project, plans, and specifications will be close of business 5 working days prior to the bid opening date.
