The City desires to construct a new playground in the existing area which maximizes the use of the space and is appropriate for children five to twelve years old. The new equipment is expected to have a variety of play panels, musical elements and inclusive components, as well as slides, elevated platforms, and climbing equipment. General Requirements - Insurance Required License(s) Required: Professional Architect and/or Engineer The City reserves the right to waive any irregularity in any proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in any proposal. The City may reject the proposal of any vendor who has previously failed to perform properly, or complete on time, contracts of a similar nature, or to reject the proposal of a vendor who is not in a position to perform such a contract satisfactorily. The City may reject the proposal of any vendor who is in default of the payment of taxes, licenses or other monies due to the City of Santa Clarita.
