Demolition, site work and paving for a civil project in Santa Clarita, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The project includes the demolition of approximately 1,300 linear feet of existing 6-foot tall chain link fencing, replacing with approximately 2,240 linear feet of high security fencing, replacement of the existing main entrance gates with two (2) 25-foot automated cantilever gates, adding a 20-foot automated double swing gate, three (3) manual access gates, one secured access pedestrian gate, one standard pedestrian gate, and a staff parking lot. Additionally, high security cameras and speakers will be installed along the southwest, south, and east perimeter of the Valencia WRP. The work of construction must be completed within 260 WORKING DAYS after the date in the Notice to Proceed.
