William S. Hart Union High School District ("District") is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for construction of the following public-works project. ("Project") Culinary Arts Modernization Project. Contractor commences Work: 12/03/2025 Contractor completes Work: 6/30/2026 As described in the General Provisions, the successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total Contract Price, and each issued by a California-admitted surety as defined in Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120. REQUIRED BID SECURITY Each bid must be submitted with security as described in the instructions for Bidders. Question Deadline 10/21/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Bid Security. Each bid must be submitted with security in an amount equal to 10% of the maximum bid, in one of the following forms: (i) a cashier's or certified check payable to the District; or (ii) a bid bond.
