The contractor shall provide all parts, equipment, materials, and labor necessary to remove and replace the roof per the job walk and the provided scope of work. The contractor is responsible for obtaining and paying for all required permits and licenses for the project. Work cannot commence before permits are received, and no final payment will be made without a signed and approved permit. All work must comply with Los Angeles County Fire Department (LACoFD) Specifications and all applicable codes and regulations. The contractor is also responsible for ensuring that all subcontractors have read the scope of work and the specifications. Daily updates must be provided to the LACoFD Project Manager. Safety for people and property must be prioritized, with barricades used to cordon off the worksite from inadvertent entry.
