STATEMENT OF WORK Ascension Parish Government (Parish) desires to obtain a certified Louisiana contractor to design a Mississippi RiverBike Trail. Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject all proposals for just cause. All questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted to the Purchasing Department via email atpurchasing@apgov.us by 3:00 p.m. local time (CT) on May 13, 2025. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Parish is soliciting qualification statements to design a trailhead near the intersection of LA-44 and theMississippi River levee and an asphalt bike path commencing from the trailhead along the crown of the levee to theintersection of LA-22 where the path will cross LA-942 onto LA-22 and end at Darrow Park in Ascension Parish,Louisiana.
