The Ascension Parish Facilities Department is soliciting quotes to establish labor rates, material and equipment mark-ups for a one-year master services contract to do maintenance and repairs as directed by designated parish personnel. o The scope of services will be detailed in the task order assigned to the contractor, buildings and parish facilities requiring assistance in repair. o The selected contractor shall supply all parts, equipment and materials required authorized by the designated personnel for the work as per the contract rates. o A dollar volume of business is not implied or guaranteed since the contractor will be requested to handle the overflow work of APG. o The hourly labor rate shall include one licensed plumber, truck and tools. o APG shall pay only for actual hours worked at the jobsite for the number of contract personnel authorized for the work. o Minimum charges or call out charges shall not be paid. o Travel expenses shall not be paid. o Overtime hourly rate shall be paid only for those hours authorized by APG to be worked before or after normal business hours. The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid, response to a Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana. The Ascension Parish Government shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit a bid due to failure or incomplete delivery of the files submitted via the internet. o NOTE: Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all quotes for just cause.
