Following notice to proceed, Contractor will begin work within 10 calendar days and complete the work within 20 calendar days. The work on this project must be guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of final completion and inspection. The guarantee period will have a value of five percent (5%) of the total project cost. This five percent (5%) retainage will be returned to the Contractor upon successful completion of the contract specifications and the expiration of the guarantee period.
