Firms that respond to this RFP and are determined by the City to be sufficiently qualified may be deemed eligible for a contract award and/or invited to an interview for these services. All Proposers to this RFP are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFP and follow instructions carefully. The City, at its discretion, reserves the right to reject any or all RFP responses, and to waive technicalities and informalities for any reason.
