For the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to "Construction of Water Plant No. 2 Ground Storage Tank Addition for Harris County MUD No. 278, Harris County, Texas." Furnish and install one (1) 396,000-gallon Welded Steel Ground Storage Tank (GST) No. 2. Work will also include furnishing and installing all necessary appurtenances, yard piping, all site work, grading and drainage, electrical work, and site restoration, as specified in the engineering plans and technical specifications. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities in compliance with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules and all Bids and bid securities must be submitted through website. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature in accordance with Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer. The Front Office and Receptionist Desk are located on the 5th floor (Suite 500). Contractor hereby also agrees to achieve Final Completion of the Work within three hundred (300) calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed.
