Owner is leasing approximately 70,587 rentable square feet of space on levels 21, 22, and 23 of the Fannin Tower located at 6624 Fannin Street, Houston, TX. Owner seeks Construction Manager-atRisk services for the demolition and reconstruction of levels 21, 22, and 23. The Project Scope includes the demolition of existing space on levels 21, 22, and 23 and construction of new clinical care environments on those levels to support programs such as Cancer Prevention, Diagnostic Imaging, and Diagnostic Lab Services. The project may have a phased construction approach as some of the floors will remain operational and will need to be relocated prior to construction beginning in that area.
