The City of Redmond is soliciting interest from consulting firms under this Request for Qualifications for design services for the construction of the NE 40th Street Shared Use Path, generally located from 163rd Ave NE to 172nd Ave NE. The successful consultant/team will prepare design reports, permits, plans, specifications, and estimates. Download the RFQ for full information. The most recent estimate has the construction cost range between $3,000,000 - $3,400,000, but there is a budgeted contingency of 40% due to the project complexity *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Questions regarding this project or solicitation must be submitted to Micah Ross at mross@redmond.gov. Answers to questions submitted by 3:00 p.m. May 15, 2025, will be posted by May 16, 2025. Questions submitted after the May 15, 2025, deadline will not be answered.
