The work to be done includes performing maintenance dredging at the 2025 Vallejo Ferry Terminal Dredging Project (the Project). WETA may award a contract as a result of this IFB. The Engineer's Estimate for this Project is in the range of $1,500,000 to $2,000,000. Question Deadline 05/21/2025 at 4:00 PM PT Location online portal. The Vallejo Ferry Terminal scope of work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following elements: o Disconnection, reconnection, and testing of various utilities (electrical power, potable water, sewage, o Disconnecting the permanent gangway from the permanent float, lifting the permanent gangway and supporting the permanent gangway with a contractor-furnished temporary landing beam on the two supporting piles in the ferry basin, o Disconnecting and removing the existing permanent ferry loading float, o Transportation of the permanent ferry loading float to Mare Island Berth 7 during the duration of dredging activities, o Dredging and placement of sediments at an approved upland site, o Complete all work within the following work window: 22:00 November 7th, 2025, to 05:00 November 12th, 2025, so as not to interfere with ferry operations o Underwater Dive Inspection, and replacement, as required, of the anodes on the permanent loading float, o Disconnection and reconnection of the permanent float mooring chains, o Reinstallation of permanent gangway and float system, o Hydrographic surveys, o Restoration of all Contractor-disconnected utilities, o Providing insurance and licenses as necessary, including all other time and services necessary or incidental to providing a complete improvement according to the Contract Documents, and o providing all labor, tools and materials for a complete and working Project in conformance with the Contract Documents. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
