The Town of Pacific is soliciting separate bids for new asphalt on the following roads in the Town of Pacific, Pardeeville, WI. 1. Whitetail Dr. 2,088' long and 22' wide Asphalt: 1.75 Binder 4MT58-28S (549 ton) and 1.75 Surface 4MT58-28S (549 ton) Shouldering: 1 Recycled Asphalt Shoulder 53 ton 2. Fawn Circle 854' long and 20' wide Asphalt: 1.75 Binder 4MT58-28S (208 ton) and 1.75 Surface 4MT58-28S (208 ton) Shouldering: 1 Recycled Asphalt Shoulder 22 ton 3. Tara Rd 1270' long and 22' wide Asphalt: 1.75 Binder 4MT58-28S (332 ton) and 1.75 Surface 4MT58-28S (332 ton) Shouldering: 1 Recycled Asphalt Shoulder 32 ton Requirements: Road(s) are to be pulverized with fine grade. All costs for pavement preparation including removing weeds, cleaning, sweeping, providing tack coat, saw cutting driveways, and proof roll shall be included in the unit price bid for the asphalt pavement. Traffic control is required. Contractors must use experienced equipment operators only, no operator trainees. The selected Contractor must furnish a Certificate of Liability Insurance. The roads need to be completed by September 1, 2025. The bids will be considered at the Town Board meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
