It is the intention of the City of Round Rock to select a prime contractor by using the Competitive Bidding Method for the demolition of the Old Clubhouse at the Forest Creek Golf Course located at 99 Twin Ridge Parkway, Round Rock, TX 78664. This work includes the demolition of the 11,300 sq. ft. wood framed/brick faced structure. The concrete slab shall remain in place. All floor penetrations (conduits, pipes, steel, embeds, etc.) shall be ground flush. All sewer, plumbing, and electrical floor openings shall be plugged flush at the slab level with concrete. The contractor shall protect the existing electrical conduit feeding the main service panel from the transformer/meter. The surrounding driveway, brick planters, sidewalks, and landscape shall all be protected and remain in place.
