Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Warrenville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of June 5, 2025 project was awarded to Geneva Construction Company in the amount $407,706.70 Approximately 4,000 feet of curb and gutter; 1,800 square yards of asphalt pavement patching; 1.6 acres of topsoil and hydroseeding; side walk replacement. The Work shall be performed along River Road from Ferry Road to Warrenville Road. The Owner expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the one that appears to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner expressly reserves the right to waive any informalities or technical irregularities in a bid if to do so is in the best interest of the Owner. Copies of Instructions for Bidders, Bid Form, Plans, and Specifications will be available for download in digital format (PDF) beginning May 8,2025, from the BHFX Plan Room website at online. A plan holders list will also be maintained by BHFX and will be available for viewing on its website at online. Bid proposals submitted from Bidders that did not obtain the Bidding and Contract Documents directly from BHFX Plan Room(in electronic or paper copy form) will not be accepted Questions shall be submitted via email to Brian Dusak, Project Manager at bdusak@eraconsultants.com until May 15, 2025 at 5:00
