This 7,700-foot portion of San Miguel Drive is designated as a primary road (four lane divided) per the City's Circulation Element. The City of Newport Beach ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing professional engineering services for the preparation of final Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) for pavement rehabilitation improvements to San Miguel Drive from San Joaquin Hills Road to Ford Road. The objective of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified proposer to provide these services.
