The Project or Work consists of the installation of two HRSD-supplied refurbished dewatering centrifuges, the installation of gravity belt thickeners and several pump systems and the repair of a concrete day tank, steel day tank and fiberglass-reinforced FRP day tank. In addition, new electrical rooms will be constructed within the existing structures to house electrical equipment and create conditioned spaces. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, installation of process piping, electrical systems, control systems, and associated trade work. Structural modifications, including the stiffening of existing monorail beams to increase their capacity rating and hoists will be provided as indicated. Thickening and dewatering polymer systems will be upgraded to support the new equipment. Technical questions should be submitted through Owner's Online Oracle ERP system as an online discussion.
